Basically, if you’re in Australia or New Zealand, we can provide you with shipping prices at check-out. If you’re anywhere else in the world, please get in touch (support@ffpress.com.au) like the dozens of other US, Canada, and UK customers we’ve supported, and we’ll work with you one-on-one to find the best solution that works for everyone.
POSTAGE DELAYS:
We strive to fulfil all orders within 24hrs of them being placed, but our standard SLA is 48hrs (two days).
You will be provided with a tracking number to follow your SOML Journal’s journey home.
POSTAGE CHARGES:
Our postage charges are flat-rate for AU and NZ at $9.99.
All products are dispatched via Sendle or Australia Post (unless otherwise stipulated), with tracking and a postage notification sent to you once your order has shipped.
We hope you love your Story of My Life Journal and that it becomes a part of your journey for years to come. However, if it’s not working out, please contact us (support@ffpress.com.au) within 30 days of receiving your product to discuss a return, exchange, or refund.
Please be aware, we can only provide refunds for goods returned in an as-new condition that are able to be resold. For that reason, we recommend you read your Story of My Life Journal before beginning it, to ensure you’re happy with it, and please ensure you do not write in, or damage it in any way if you intend to seek a refund.
