The Wheel of Wellbeing is the name given to a tool in your Story of My Life Journal that is designed to help you find better balance in life. It does so through an exercise that guides you through creating a visual snapshot of where you feel you are in life, compared to where you want to be.

Doing so enables you to easily see the areas of your life to which you could benefit from devoting more time and energy, as well as those you might be able to pull back from. Understanding that, in turn, enables you to begin establishing goals to get from where you are, to where you want to be.

This worksheet will help guide you through that process.

'The most comprehensive, thought-provoking, and intriguing journal I've ever seen'

There’s so much to love about this journal. It’s nothing like any other journal I’ve seen and, as a psychologist, I’ve seen a lot of journals, self-reflection diaries, and apps. But this is completely different. This is the most comprehensive, thought-provoking, and intriguing journal I’ve ever seen to date.

I cannot overstate it: the Story of My Life Journal is superb. I highly recommend it to anybody who is curious and feels something is missing in their life.

I would rate 6 stars if I could.
